當BB還在母體內的時候,一切營養來源都來自媽媽。憑的,是一條臍帶的連繫。初生嬰兒則全靠母乳生存。然而,根據世界衛生組織的建議,嬰兒到了六個月大左右,便要開始從固體食物吸收更多營養,以配合發育需要。這同時亦意味著,孩子正逐步走向獨立。
從剪斷臍帶、離開媽媽的身體,到告別母親的乳房,開始「離乳加固」,其實都是自然不過的成長階段,但這階段有什麼需要注意呢?
